AMADA FLW Automated Robotic Welder

The ideal solution for automated robotic welding is the AMADA fibre laser welding cell, offering the highest standards and the latest technology. Featuring an Optical Beam Weaving system to weld a large range of materials at high speed with reduced running costs.

There are two nozzles that comes with the unit; the side nozzle reduces oxidisation during the welding stage, and the coaxial nozzle eliminates oxidisation by releasing inert gasses during the combustion to prevent oxidisation.

Unit comes with a AMNC touch screen control, and FLW CAM offline programming system; programmable using dedicated CAM software, the AMADA FLW can weld a large range of materials at high speed with reduced running costs.
